Our Process
01 — Discovery
We evaluate your lot, including setbacks, trees, flood and wind zones, access, and other site considerations. If you don’t have a lot yet, we’ll also show you available lots.
02 — Plan Lock
We confirm your model and elevation fit the lot and finalize the plan.
03 — Finish Selection
You select your finish collection and review the sample board.
04 — Contract & Permitting
With the scope defined, we prepare the construction documents and handle permitting.
05 — Build & Walkthrough
We build your home, keep you informed along the way, and finish with your final walkthrough.
